Let me be honest with you right from the start: Grant writing consulting is hard.

Clients put their faith in us to deliver services that ultimately result in increased funding for their missions. That's a weight I carry with profound seriousness.

So why do I do this? Why did I choose this path over two decades ago, and why do I continue to show up with passion every single day?

I got into grant writing consulting because I believe deeply in the power of mission-driven organizations to transform communities. I've witnessed firsthand how the right funding at the right time can mean the difference between a program surviving or thriving – between reaching ten families or reaching a hundred.

But it's more than that. I discovered early in my career that I have a genuine gift for translating vision into compelling narrative, for seeing the connections between what organizations do and what funders want to support.
